If you do not maintain a USCG OUPV license, you are not required to be a part of a random drug testing program. Although, we recommend you do. Why? Because it legitimizes our industry. More importantly, you can save on your business insurance.

As a river guide or saltwater charter, this membership DOES NOT include membership to a random drug test consortium.  The cost is $100.00 annually.

Prorated Dues

Membership is renewed January of the new year. Membership without Drug Testing is 100.00 annually. If you join later in the year, your dues will be prorated for the year.

Apr, May, Jun $75.00

Jul, Aug, Sep $50.00

Oct, Nov, Dec Not Prorated… But you will roll over to the new year and get an additional 3 months on membership.
