Professional Membership With Drug Testing

(New Members)

We have received your registration. Please allow 5 business days for us to activate your NACO membership. You will receive a notice this has been activated. You can then visit the Charterboat Consortium to get signed up for the random drug testing program. (This is a separate fee from WSGA membership fees.)

If you cannot show proof you have been in a drug testing program, you will be required to complete a pre-screening. If you can show you have been subject to random testing for 60 consecutive days within the past 180 days, as per 46 CFR part 16, you will not have to complete a pre-screening test.

(Renewals)

Your NACO membership is typically renewed at the end of January. Your enrollment in the drug testing program will not be interrupted. You will receive a separate renewal from the Drug Testing Consortium. If you do not receive a renewal notice from them prior to the anniversary date you enrolled with them, please email them or give them a call. Do not let this lapse.

Profession Membership – No Drug Screening

We have received your registration. Thank you. There is nothing else you need to do.
